Pan Korean Bbq & ShabuShabu (Go Goo Ryeo)

I've been on the hunt for a good KBBQ place in OC for the past few weeks and I think I may have found the perfect spot! Pan Korean BBQ had everything I was looking for when reviewing their menu on Yelp so my bf and I decided to give them a try this past weekend. We arrived on Saturday evening around 6:30pm and there was no wait, we were seated right away. The restaurant has table seating for regular customers and private dining room options going around the perimeter of the main area. The enclosed rooms would be nice if you have a larger party and want a more private experience. Our waiter came around pretty quickly to get our order. We ended up going with the cheapest AYCE option which is 22.99 and has a nice variety of options to choose from. I went with my usual: Beef bulgogi, Spicy beef bulgogi, Corn cheese and Rice cake. The meat was marinated well and had a ton of flavor. Corn cheese was delicious as well - I don't know what kind of cheese they used but it paired perfectly with the corn and tasted very fresh. I liked the consistency of the rice cakes, made for a nice side dish with the meat and corn. I'll have to try more dishes when I go back. The only thing I will note is that the service was quite slow. While we had a great server, he was very friendly and tried his best at being attentive to us - it did take a while to place further orders and get our bill. I know the restaurant started getting pretty busy after we arrive so maybe they just needed more servers working but that was the only downfall of our experience at Pan Korean BBQ. Other than that I will definitely be back because their food is delicious and just right for me!

Great food and blazing fast service! Ive been into many kbbq places but this place has blazing fast service. Very friendly servers. My family really enjoyed eating here. I recommend this!

Last night around 6:30, my buddy and I wanted to check this place out. As soon as we walked in, only 1 party (2 dudes) were eating. Ok. Why is this place slow? Should we walk out? Noticed a lady cleaning the utensils and her back was turned to us. Got seated within 40 seconds. AYCE (All You Can Eat) Choice A: 29.99 Did notice other choices with higher prices. However, my friend and I mostly eat brisket and pork belly. So, we went with 29.99 First Order: 2 briskets, 1 garlic pork belly, and 1 pitcher of Cass beer Second: 1. brisket, 1 spicy marinated pork, and 1 beef belly Third: More salad, rice papers, 1 brisket, corn cheese, 2 egg soups Last: 1 brisket The waitress and tall waiter was nice and attentive. The hispanic gentleman changing the grill was very nice too. Some of the reviews I read...was not true. I was impressed with this place. I would come back for sure.

Such an amazing KBBQ and Hot Pot (Shabu Shabu) experience! Both quantity and quality wise food here is the best all-you-can-eat place ever (with CHEAP PRICE as well) We had hot pot (shabu-shabu) last time we went to this place. It was all unlimited seafood, vegetables and all kinds of meat. We had literally more than 10 plates including pork, beef, chicken, seafood, veggies, noodles, fishcakes etc.. Cannot even describe them all lol. Definitely will come again with bunch of my friends sooner !!!

Just started coming here a few months ago and it has definitely been my go to place. Always quick and attentive service compared to the other chains I used to love and adore. KBBQ is usually pretty eventful when you go with a group, but coming here has so far been easy and casual for us which is nice cause sometimes you don’t wanna have to wait 1-2 hrs just to get slowwwwwww service when it’s power hour.

Very pleased with not only the food, but also the service. Definitely worth a visit if you love Korean BBQ. Fairly priced, good ambience, and clean.

Found this place at 10:30pm cause nothing else was open, but what a gem. The quality of the meat is right on par with AYCE restaurants in LA and they even give you one soon-doobu, one soy bean paste stew, and one steamed egg PER PERSON. Normally, you get one for every four people...There was only one waitress working at the time (bless her heart), but despite the workload, she was super friendly and always stopped by to see if we needed anything. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area!

The food was so good. I really love the staff here. They are so nice and friendly This place gonna be my favorite restaurant for every time I want to eat BBQ ...
